Panel – Reframing the Blue Economy with Hugo Tagholm & George Clark

Inka is a Marine Biologist and Wildlife filmmaker/photographer. She uses her camera to educate the people about marine conservation issues, reconnect people with nature and work to change people’s perspectives about some of our most misunderstood species.

“My love of the ocean started with rock pooling on the south coast of England over time that natural curiosity developed into a passion for our underwater world. Through diving and studying marine biology at university, I became increasingly aware of the threats our oceans face and felt I have to do something to protect our oceans.”

Collaboration is key! It will take a lot of us, not just one individual to save our oceans. Positions yourself in a way where your talents are best utilised and find others to work with where you’re not as confident. By expanding our networks we can reach more people and have a greater impact.
